I know you wouldn't be here if you did not believe in online dating. But, sometimes, don't you feel that online dating is risky? I mean, you hardly even know the people you are communicating with. On the other hand, in traditional dating, trusted friends and family members introduce you to a guy/girl, and you carry on from there. What do you think?

I love it! I've met so many fun and interesting people, which is really a good thing.. you just have to be patient is all.. whether on a small site like this one, or on a large site like yahoo (actually, especially on a large site, since you get so many responses its jsuit hard to sift through)

I think is works very well. But only to the extent for meeting and knowing someone a little better. Other than that online dating is ridiculous. How can you keep a real relationship if you don't see each other.

By the way, online dating is good because it gives people more room to be honest because lots of things simply can't be said live right away.

Online dating works in most cases. It all depend on the type of person we meet online. And it all depends on the amount of luck we have. One of my friends got married through online dating and luckily his spouse seems to be a good women -- but of course beware of scammers during online dating... the huge huge sites are plagued with them. That's why I liked this site so much, it has that small, tight-knit community feel.. oh well, prob. won't last as it grows

I really believe on destiny, I have meet the man of my dreams online, were 4years now and growing stronger and happier. Were planning to get married this year. :-)
